seriously very kesian her… and i think is kind of serious… so.. i think… i better post it up… to let more people to know about this… so that no body will fall into the same problem again… -_-” but seriously… with the price and the things they offered.. is really way to expensive… RM4488 only can get 2 10″ x 15″ photo album… that is way tooo small d -_-” and 42 poses for 2 album.. omg.. is tooo little…

suppose pre-wedding photo is one of our sweet memory but it end up wif terrible memory!!!!

my package with Ivory Romance is RM4488
it stated clearly in the invoice:-

2 album 10′ x 15′
(6 pcs full page + 6pcs design + 2 pcs MV + cover 1 pcs) (21 pcs)

initially their EXPLANATION/DEFINATION before sign up and upon invoicing is:-

6 pcs full page is 6 poses
6 pcs design is 12 poses coz requested 2 poses for each design
2 pcs MV is small photo with ring, necklace, earring… is 2 poses
* can change to photo if dun wan
1 pc of cover is 1 poses
Then, add all poses total is 21 pcs
2 album will b 42 pcs

but, the most terrible, angry, sad was yesterday night end of photo selection then only they re-clarify the DEFINATION:-

6 pcs full page is 6 poses
* pcs here mean pose
* 2 album = 6 poses x 2 album = 12 poses

6 pcs design is 3 poses in 1 page of design
* pcs here mean page
* = 6 pages x 3 poses = 18 poses

2 pcs of MV (ring, earring, necklace….)
* pcs here mean page
* is they STANDARD RESERVE 10 poses for this

1 pcs of cover
* pcs here mean pose
* 2 album will b 2 poses

so, total is 42 poses with 10 poses got to RESERVED for MV!!!!!!!!!!!

conclusion is i got to take away my 10 poses of PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!!

OMG….. What is the point got so many ring, necklace… which i don’t want at all

nvr mind, then, we asked them to clarify what is mean total 21 PCS in our original invoice

their answer is:-
* PCS (pieces) in package of invoice can mean page or pose
* see what is the condition
* this is STANDARD!

again, OMG…. pengsan….

i was so angry and shock until cannot speak at all…. 4 of us, hubby and me, my younger sister and her bf were all stunk and dont know how to re-act

can u imagine even though stated clearly black and white in original invoice, they still play around with the WORDING!!!!!!

the photo effect/result is without WOW effect, so, we end up shortlisted 42 poses without considering to add extra pose

begining of photo selection, we were attended by a lady called Cat. but, she was away in between until we got to look for her

then, followed by photographer is Ah Mun he sit down and starting to re-write the content of original invoice to another Photo Bill invoice he asked us to decide which one go for big frame photo, coffee table photo then, he went to next table
so, Cat came back again to continue the process like DVD photos

unfortunately yesterday only we and another couple for photo selection they were fully attended by a photographer called Ah Long the SHOW begin when the couple left around 9.30pm

and we also bored coz our process being cut off in between coz Cat was away

this manager, Amy and supervisor Adeline or called Peng were sit down together with Cat and started telling us we choosed photos wrongly!!!!

yes, we were the only couple in the shop so, another photographer step-in was Steven 4 of them were like doing a SHOW….
they were calling sales assistant-Vicky, photographer-Ah Mun in front of us to confirm… when photographer-Ah Mun said is 42 poses to choose… then, they quicky ended the call and CLAIMED tat he was only doing photo shooting without understand details of package but, Ah Mun is the one re-writing the content of my invoice to another called Photo Bill invoice

no matter how careful we are, end of the day, we still kena “CORN” by these people!!!!!!!!!!!!

i choosed to voice out rather than keep queit coz i hope my experience can help the rest of bride-to-be in the future

coz they might think we will tolerence/compromise coz the wedding is just around the corner furthermore, they still hold the “POWER” on our album, actual day gown and evening gown, hand bouquet and car deco… we might scare they cannot deliver the quality result,so,we got NO CHOICE to keep quiet and follow what they said another point is full payment has been done!
couple got no idea where and how to complain to get the solution so, they act too much!!

i called up China Press to log in my case to them China Press was having a programme with MYFM and the person-in-charged will follow up accordingly

seriously, in my deep heart, i dont understand why they try their best to trick and turn their WORDS rather than put this effort on quality thing like photo shooting, enhance their service…
i strongly believe brand name is very important especially service-oriented-business, we aim for customer-focused, win-win situation would b the best is that we as a consumer got to bring along video-camera and recorder to take down word-by-word during the appointment/conversation as a proof??
like me, i was cried yesterday night and cannot sleep at all coz it happened 1st time in my life!

by right, we should smile walked out of Ivory Romance but end up with tears and hard-earned money spended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously very kesian her after i read what she wrote.. -_-” and.. the package they offer her really too expensive d lar… some more Ivory Romance cheat her.. -_-” actually this is not the first time i heard complain about Ivory Romance… i have a friend who got cheated as well..

Luckily i didn’t got cheated by my Bridal Shop - Taipei Taipan.. actually i should say luckily i have a good deal.. and they didn’t cheat me hahaha.. ^^…
