Remark: First of all the reason I choose this dress… cause… is PINK… but.. but… I don’t think I will actually choose this… why? Cause I can’t really see how the dress look like.. how am I suppose to choose it.. right?
Remark: is better if there’s a few view of the cloth. If there’s no few view of the cloth at least a better view.. as in a picture that get to see the whole dress clearly.

Problem I face while shopping for Ready Stock:
1. There’s no way that I can figure out which is the new arrival.. you know… most of the people when they are shopping they will look at the New Arrival and Sales corner first.. hehehe
2. There’s no other picture of the cloth, so that I can see the other view of the cloth.. this is an online shopping website eh… so… this is quite important arr… don’t expect customer to buy things by just one pictures…
3. Most of the cloth that I like.. is out of size… -_-.. that’s really sad…

Problem when I shopping @ Pre-order Section:
1. Is there a Closing date? Cause as far as I know there should be a closing date for Pre-order Section.
2. Even when I’m viewing a pre-order cloth… the availability still showing “Available” hmm what’s that mean?
3. Website should show clearly which Category are we in at the moment…
4. Where’s the side navigation gone? That navigation is very important ooo
besides that.. what does this mean arr… the Availability stating Available… but i thought these are Pre-Order stock? hmm….

1. Yes there’s quite a lots of choices in PotatoCream… just that… most of them are not my type.. and those that are my type.. mostly are out of size.. phew

Pre order section with available means it is still available for pre ordering. When the items are faced out (normally after 2 months), it will become not available in the sold out section.

Sorry to take so long to reply, as we have many nights of church activities such as carolling, celebration dinner, preparation of 25 Dec and so on, was totally busy. Here are our answers
1. There are thousands of manufacturers (probably competitors to each other) in China and Taiwan each developing their own clothes of the same design. They are a few good ones and a few bad ones. You need to know who to buy from in order to get good clothes
We cannot guarantee that you will get good quality clothes from us all the time but we will allow clothes exchange for bad quality product. Suppliers normally will not entertain defected clothes, but we will absorb it on our own. Pls refer to our terms for more info
Good news : Even if you have bought a bad quality clothes from other Taiwan / China / Hong Kong merchants, you are still safe to buy from us as our qualities are reasonable.
