Here are our answers :) 1. There are thousands of manufacturers (probably competitors to each other) in China and Taiwan each developing their own clothes of the same design. They are a few good ones and a few bad ones. You need to know who to buy from in order to get good clothes :-) We cannot guarantee that you will get good quality clothes from us all the time but we will allow clothes exchange for bad quality product. Suppliers normally will not entertain defected clothes, but we will absorb it on our own. Pls refer to our terms for more info ;-) Good news : Even if you have bought a bad quality clothes from other Taiwan / China / Hong Kong merchants, you are still safe to buy from us as our qualities are reasonable. :-) 2.
