OMG… i just got a phone call from DELL.. saying that… they gonna deliver my laptop on Monday… which is next Monday… which is 3rd March 2008 -_-” suddenly only.. how come… omg.. is that real… let me wait and see… Monday Monday… Monday Monday…~~!!!
Finally i’m back online… real sorry that i didn’t get to online for these few days… didn’t get to blog at all.. went all the way to Genting for 3 days 2 nights… yeah.. there’s a course there to attend.. (err more like a award thingy… what award? is award from Great Eastern… why am i there? cause i’m one of the Great Eastern Agent as well) and now.. i’m back… ^^
Something about Dell that i like… yeah.. their Customer Service is very good… not only on the phone… even online.. ya… we the customer are able to check our order after we purchase it from the website… but this time they took slightly longer to update it on the web… maybe cause i did some changes after i did the order online.. that’s why it took longer… i did email them and ask them for the status… and they reply me right away… with the Solution.. GREAT.. and now… i’m able to track my little pink baby Laptop d… yeah… as you can see.. below are the screen capture that i did while i’m trying to check my order status…

First, you should choose “Order Status” in Customer Service page…

Then.. you are able to key in your customer code and Order No. in order to track your order… and there you go….

here’s my order status… currently it ship from factory… to the transit.. i think… hmm hmm… the Estimate Delivery Date is 10th March 2008 (Monday) phew… one more week to go… phew.. hopefully it will reach me earlier… hehe

Yep, they are good. I order a 22″ Wide Screen and a Precision Notebook. Both delivered on time. Thumbs up…
