Right after we meet up with Edmund from the previous post… we went to this Restaurant Capitol Satay straight… not that we are still hungry.. we had buffet just now.. so actually we are quite full.. the main reason we went there… cause… i wanted to take pictures of the big prawn i ate few weeks back… and i haven’t got chance to blog about Restaurant Capitol Stay yet.. so… we just go there have a few stick.. so that I can blog about it…

here you go.. this is the shop… which located right beside the road…

normally customer will need to queue beside the road…

we waited almost 20 mins… phew… but.. i think.. is worth waiting…

the is the shot i took while waiting.. phew..

see all the “Testimonial” and photos that the boss took with those artist…

see.. everyone enjoying their food.. i mean satay…

what’s with this big black hole? this is where they put the Satay sauce… and… glad that they change the sauce everytime there’s new customer… means they won’t reuse the sauce.. not like other Restaurant…

here you go.. my favorites.. you can eat it raw… or… deep it in the satay sauce then eat…

this is my favorites too… the cucumber

we ordered the coconut… nice.. yum yum

here you go.. the sauce is here… they will actually put lots of NUTs in the sauce… woooo see also feel so yummy

here’s where you can select the food that you want… RM 0.60 per stick…

this is our selection for the day.. i guess all this is enough… since we had our dinner d right.. actually is quite a lot i think

and… we ordered the special huge big prawn… RM 6 per prawn… expensive? let’s see how big is the prawn…

can you see how big it is? nope?

come come… the middle one… is two small prawn.. now you get to compare how big d? still no?

ok.. this time i ask brandon to hold the prawn d.. hehehehe

really super big lor…

hehehe.. finally the prawn is cook… so let’s start eating now…

I tried few Satay Celup Restaurant in Malacca… which includes Restorant Ban Lee Siang and Quek… but… i think Restaurant Capitol still taste better… the sauce that Restaurant Ban Lee Siang is not heavy enough… too water-y… as for Quek.. i tried twice… hmm.. seriously.. i can’t really remember how it taste d… hmm

is there any other place where have better Satay Celup? hmm if yes.. then have to go try d… then can compare which one better

Most ppl in Mcca shd noe abt this restaurant. It was the famous satay celup and whenever you go there you need to queue for the table. I always went there to have their satay celup.
But last week, I was surprised when I pay for the bill. They’d increase the price to 70cent per stick and a plate can cost up to RM5.00(No price label in the shop).
The thing that freak me out is they charge RM1.70 for a small plate of cucumber and RM2.20 for a few pieces of bread. FYI, dis is a cheap bread and it cost aro 1.00 for whole loaf of it. Even gardenia’s bread is not that expensive.
They’ve increased their price for all item including drinks…
I’d rather spend the money on Japanese food..Haha
