Last night i watch this movie… P.S I Love You.. as you can see from the title.. is a love story… is really a sweet movie… A story of Holly Kennedy, a smart beautiful girl who married to the love of her life - a passionate, funny, charming, handsome, Irishman (seriously he’s really man..) named Gerry. Their’s love story is so romantic, but it doesn’t stay long. cause Gerry was taken away by an illness. Soon Gerry left Holly. But Gerry didn’t left his lovely wife just like that, he actually planned ahead everything.. firstly he bought a cake… and delivered the cake to their apartment on Holly’s 30th Birthday together with a tape recording. In the tape Gerry actually order Holly to get out and “celebrate herself”. In weeks and months that follow, more letters from Gerry are delivered to Holly in surprising ways, each sending her on a new adventure and each signing off in the same way: P.S. I Love You.
From that we can feel that how Gerry actually love Holly, and he just worry that Holly not strong enough to face her life after his leaving… so he use lots of ways to support her.. and ask her to look for sign for her new life.. Gerry actually plan a holiday for Holly as well.. to Ireland.. the place where Holly and Gerry met… there brings lots of memory to Holly.. ya.. lots of happy memory.. on how they met, how they fall in love… Is really sad… that Gerry is no longer there… but at the same time.. feel very happy for Holly cause.. that proved that she married to a right person who really care and love her very much.
Something funny happen when Holly tried to look for new job… she actually list out a few options…. and one of them is vampire slayer. And the songs they sing in the movie is awesome. Wondering do they still selling the soundtrack.. or where can i actually get them…
In the end… Holly get to find a good job (as a shoes designer.. ya the shoes she design in the movie is awesome), and she get to move on to her new life. Is something happy to see.
So remember to say I Love You everyday to your love one.. just in case.. someday… you might have no chance to say to them anymore… remember.. live without regret…

You know, the book is actually so much better than the movie. All those who loved the book really really wanted to see the movie but Hilary Swank spoiled it. She killed the show.

I really enjoyed both the movie and the book. I found they both had the same storyline but were different enough that I could really get into both.
I’m sure you can find a good used copy on amazon.com as well as a copy of the soundtrack
i think i have to keep an eye on the book d… will buy and read it.. hehehe
