The Abundance Experience.. this is an organic restaurant which located at Muar… this is the first time I had organic food… feel so healthy after eating it..

here’s the organic milk that i ordered… phew… seriously… not really use to the taste.. but after drinking for a while.. taste ok.. still acceptable.. and really feel very healthy.. hahaha


here’s the fried brown rice mee hoon that Brandon ordered.. i tried one bite… taste different with the normal mee hoon… more healthy

Seriously.. i think sometimes we really need to eat some healthy food… is healthy… and NICE..

heard that after give birth to a baby… the pregnant woman must eat organic rice for one month… hmm.. wonder do i need to eat that…

          if you can afford to eat organic food all the time it’s definitely better than the more processed or chemical laden food. however, organic (at least here anyway) is nearly expensive enough to price itself out of most people’s budgets.

          oh, and organic sugar is still sugar and high in no-nutrition calories. sorry :)
