The Taiwanese Noodles… what noodles are they famous of? hehe… is Beef Noodle… which I didn’t try before.. cause… I don’t eat beef 
They have sambal (chili) on the table… what so special about this chili? nothing special.. but in my opinion.. I think can add some of this sambal (chilis) in the noodle if you like spicy food will taste better
