This Saturday special… The Tomato Baby Pasta for Daphne… Here’s the ingredient I prepared…
Abalone Mushroom 2 slices
Tomato sauce 1 can
Baby carrot 3
Minch meat 1 small pc
Garlic 1 small slice
Baby pasta half small bowl…
First sauté the garlic with a bit of oil… Then add in abalone mushroom and carrot… Then add in the meat as well.. Wait till is 90% cook add in the tomato sauce and some ‘soup’ that I boiled with the ikan bilis… Then put it aside to wait to be serve…
Once Daphne wake up then I cook the baby pasta with some salt water for around 10 mins so that it is soft enough for her to eat…

Here’s all the ingredient…

Boil water with ikan bilis..

And add the water in the tomato sauce I cooked

Next cook the baby pasta with salt water for 10mins

Tada… Is ready…

The final product… Tomato Baby Pasta.. Is ready
But guess what.. Daphne didn’t finish it… I think the tomato sauce is too salty for her… Nvm next time I try other flavour hehe…
