Yeap… today i went Yoga again.. after almost one year rest from YOGA.. finally i’m back to YOGA.. feel healthy again… where i went for YOGA? KL? nope.. in Muar.. and yes.. Muar have YOGA class to attend as well.. of course is not as professional as Yoga Zone.. but is good enough to make me feel healthy.

How’s the class today? Tiring, satisfaction and weird. Tired, cause i didn’t exercise for so long, so feel tired is normal. Satisfaction. Ya, is almost one year rest, and finally i get to do yoga again. You will understand how it feel if you like Yoga too. Weird. How come i feel weird? Cause, there’s a few position for Sun Salutation that I learned from Yoga Zone is different with the one I did today in the new yoga class i joined. And as what i know… there’s some pose missing in the Yoga Class i went today as well. That’s why i feel weird. hmm… Did the teacher actually forgot about the pose or Yoga Zone added some pose? weird. Another weird feeling is, normally I do yoga in a room which there’s no window, fully covered. But today, the class i went is just a normal dancing studio with a few mirror and all window fully open (end up we get to smell the smelly air from outside ^^). But i think still ok, as long as can do Yoga then is ok.


Besides that, the biggest different is the spine part. From what i learn from Yoga Zone, we suppose to make sure the spine is always straight, whereby here ask us to arch our back.. and make sure most of the posture we have to arch our back… -_- (but according to Yoga Zone teacher, if we arch our back will actually hurt our spine.. phew.. how???)

so.. should i follow the new class style, or should i stay doing the same style that teach by Yoga Zone… confuse.
