After lunch.. we went to Cairo Airport… here we go…

then we check in all our luggage…

and wait for our flight… i mean waiting for our boarding time…

check out the desert.. see.. is all desert down there.. this is the first time i see desert from the plane…

finally we are on the plane… and having our.. err. dinner? breakfast? err. nvm lar.. just eat… oh can you see what’s on the screen.. that’s the movie i watching on the plane.. “The Seeker”

hmm.. the middle east chicken with rice.. look weird.. or i should say yucky.. but taste nice.. taste yummy..

Overall Egypt was a nice place to visit.. a real nice historical place to visit… there’s lots of things that i like about Egypt. The history, the friendly people there, the pyramid, the camel… etc…

This trip… i get to know the pyramid better.. i get to know the process of doing a mummy… and i get to know how they actually process the papyrus… and so on.. lots of things… and the best thing is.. i get to know some new egypt friends… 小莫(xiao mo), Reham, and Ahmad too.. they are all nice peoples…

First of all… would like to say Happy Holiday.. yeah.. today is Labour day… so.. most of the people not working right.. hehehe… cool.. so… make sure you rest enough.. to go for your next journey… are you guys working on Friday? nope? gonna have a long holiday? so good…. as for me.. i gonna work.. till Saturday afternoon.. yeah.. this Saturday is my turn to work… half day… ^^ then gonna go KL.. and prepare myself.. for the next trip…

Today is the last day in Egypt.. hmm.. and this is the first day i actually have time in the morning to take breakfast and have a cup of tea @ the room…

see.. after preparing.. packing all.. then Brandon and I chill out @ the balcony.. where’s Brandon? he’s the photographer.. so.. hehehe.. not in this picture…

see what i did in the morning.. having breakfast.. and watch movie thru my pink PSP.. and a cup of tea.. OMG… so relaxing…

before leaving.. let me show you.. how the toilet look like.. this is the toilet… with two toilet bowl… this is the first time i see this kind of toilet… (aiya.. i rarely go oversea.. that’s why lots of things also don’t know) But Brandon told me that.. is normal to have toilet bowl like this… i was like -_-” one for pee.. and another for shit? -_-”

Before leaving.. we pay a visit to the shop in the Hotel. Trying to check out if there’s anything that i can buy :p Actually the accessories here is nice.. just that the price.. is a bit over my budget.. phew.. so.. end up i didn’t buy… But Brandon mum and aunt bought quite number of accessories here… end up… Brandon and I become friend of the shop owner there… here’s a picture of me and 小莫… Ya he have a chinese name as well.. and.. he actually know how to speak and listen Mandarin and Cantonese as well.. nice and friendly person…

This is Brandon and 小莫.. really nice meeting you 小莫… (we actually exchange MSN with him as well..) hahaha.. and he actually gave me something as a gift before i leave… thanks bro…

After check out.. is Lunch time… ya… we went to… TGI Friday’s on FRIDAY. hahahha

I feel so happy when i see TGIF… cause make me feel like i’m actually in some place that i know.. err.. u know… err.. how to describe arr.. arr. hard to describe.. ee…

OMG.. did you see something weird? that’s Brandon and the waiter.. hahaha… yeah.. Brandon cloth.. lots a bit similar to the waiter’s cloth there.. just that one is vertical, another is horizontal.. hahaha… Brandon… don’t lie to me ok.. you actually work here right…

ok.. before we start eating.. let’s do some jumping exercise…

the decoration in the restaurant.. everyone was talking about the interior design of the Restaurant.. cause they put lots of things on the wall.. hahaha.. was thinking.. maybe we should keep some of our old things.. maybe next time we will get to use them like this… as a decoration in our house.. hahaha… just like how the Hard Rock cafe did it.. they put the whole car man…

after that is the salad time..without any dressing.. phew.. but still acceptable…

OMG.. the chili sauce they gave us.. look so hot and spicy

and lastly.. here comes the dessert.. OMG.. i tell you this is soooo nice

Remark: seriously.. not joking… is superb nice… most of the people finish it… but i didn’t cause.. i’m too full.. the top and the bottom part is actually some cookies… and right in the middle is actually the ice cream… omg.. is just sooo nice… and sweet.. after eating it… will feel really happy.. i wonder can we get that in Malaysia’s TGIF.. really miss it so much lor

they have shisha here too.. phew.. Brandon actually bought one of them.. small one.. i should say.. tiny one… for decoration purposes… cause 小莫 said that.. too small is not so easy to “SMOKE” …

After our LUNCH.. is time to say bye bye to Egypt, Cairo, Alexandria… this few days really was real nice… Egypt is really not like what i expected.. is far better than what i expected i should say..

hmm.. right after all the shoppings… is time for dinner… where we gonna have our dinner?

hmm.. what hotel is this? we gonna have dinner here?

hehe.. nope.. not in the hotel… but beside the hotel.. which is Hard Rock Cafe.. yeah.. they have Hard Rock Cafe in Cairo

wow.. the whole cafe so empty.. looks like they reserve quite lots of table for us…

woot.. today gonna have buffet in Hard Rock… let’s see what to take…

tada.. this is what i took for my dinner.. y eah.. lots of cucumber and potatoes.. yeah.. i like potatoes and cucumber….

the Car.. omg… will it fall down one arr? no right… but nice lor.. imagine if our house.. we design it this way… put a car.. in our house wall.. hmm…

when we reach Hotel we didn’t rest right after that.. we actually walk around.. and found out that there’s a shop still opening.. so we went in there and visit visit…

Today is the last day of sight seeing… phew… after so many days of visiting Egypt.. finally is the last day… but.. we are not going back to Malaysia yet… Today we gonna go walk around.. shop around… and because there’s lots of times left.. so we gonna go back Al-Khalili Bazaar to do some final shopping…

Same as previous day… we wake up around 7am… and start our last day visiting around 8am… ya.. this is one of the photo i took from the bus.. this is a local girl sitting in the bus…

and this.. i keep saw this kind of decoration… not really decoration… normally they will put up the cloth around the building when the building is under constructions… something new…

cute right… this is what we cant see in Malaysia

actually there’s reasons behind it.. on why their buildings is build in this way.. and not with paint.. and some of them even build halfway.. cause in that case… they don’t need to pay tax to the government…

here.. this is the last place we gonna visit in Egypt… This is what they called the Sadat Tomb… This is the site where the late President (Mohamed Anwar El Sadat) was assassinated in 1981…

and here’s the City Stars Centre… and guess what… we did bought something here.. something that i really like.. which i will blog about it in the souvenir post…

One thing about this City Stars Centre.. is… very safe… cause.. every person who get in there need to go thru a scanner… and all the bags you bring in need to go thru the x-ray machine.. phew… serious.. no joke… we really go thru all those in order to get in there…

and here’s the last place we get to see Reham… after this Reham not going to accompany us anymore… and here’s the place we say bye bye to her… sad can…

after this we going back to Al-Khalili Bazaar.. which we bought something there as well.. ya some souvenir again.. hmm.. then.. we move on for our dinner.. our last dinner @ Egypt… Where we had our dinner? will post about it tomorrow…

This is our Hotel Lobby area… big….

I capture all the photos when we reach hotel.. this is the first time we reach Hotel this early.. cause we need to prepare our self for the dinner later.. and rest a bit lar of course…

The swimming pool.. so big.. but.. we didn’t bring swimming suit there.. initially i did bring.. but Brandon said no need.. so end up.. haih

here’s the lobby… Hotel here is not tall like what we have in KL… but most of their Hotel Style is like that.. not more than 5 floors…

normally what i do.. just pass by this place every morning.. and night.. when we about to leave hotel or going back to the room sure will pass this place… and guess what.. they have Movenpick here too…

OMG.. can you imagine? this is the first ever cactus i saw in EGYPT.. what’s this? some more the cactus is not in the desert.. -_-”

Seriously the Egypt i went is not as what i imagine….

OK… after some rest… now is time to MOVE.. to our GALA Dinner place… i tell you.. there’s police around guide us from the entrance.. to… the middle of the desert… the whole journey was quite dark… and scary.. cause we cant see anything at all.. just can see.. some of the light that the police who stand in the middle of the desert… and some torch that is lit up earlier.. (don’t know by who)

When we just reach… (ya we are the first bus who reach the place) suddenly there’s music… scary

Besides music.. there’s horse dancing there.. omg.. horse can dance?

and there’s performance there playing with the fire.. OMG.. didn’t mama tell you that don’t play with fire? becareful ok?

Yeap.. i did went in to the pyramid… hmm.. after the guide told us that.. is very deep… very narrow… very small.. and is not recommended to people who got heart problem, or panic attack.. etc… after all that.. i still decided to go in.. although i’m a bit scare… still.. not everytime will get chance to come egypt right…

actually the whole journey.. from outside to inside of pyramid… is not deep.. roughly 70 steps of stairs… when we walk halfway… i really feel like hard to breath… and feel a bit scare… cause there’s only one entrance… if anything happen to the entrance.. means.. we just stay in the pyramid.. phew…

after all the stairs… we will be guide to a small room which have an empty tomb…

oh ya.. there’s an entrance fees for this.. EGYPT 25… i think even they charge EGYPT 100 also i will go in.. hahaha.. is quite worth it lar.. cause can see how the pyramid look like…

After visiting the pyramid.. phew… i tell you… i went Egypt for so many days.. i nv sweat before.. till… after i came out from the pyramid… i start sweating like pig…

woot… once we reach there we saw some setting up right in front of the pyramid… we guess that.. this gonna be our annual dinner place.. which is actually by the road side.. and get to see the pyramid… as well.. not sure izzit true…

this is the guide that explain to us.. how they make the papyrus…

first cut the plant.. then put them in the water.. the longer you put.. the more brown it will be.. the more expensive it will be…

they gonna roll the papyrus…

see.. after they did the papyrus.. then they will draw something on it.. most of the drawings they drawn on it have meaning.. for this.. is actually a calendar…

in the end.. hehehe.. ya.. brandon parents bought this… nice can.. i like this drawing so much… and is not cheap… phew…
